Wedding Ceremony Officiating

I LOVE marrying all varieties of couples! My absolute favorite part of Officiating is spending time getting to know each couple, learning their love story, then being such an important part of one of the most special days of their life. I love that no two weddings are the same; each unique and special no matter how intimate or grand.
I am a Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure annual passholder, and lover of The Grinch, so if having your ceremony inside Universal Studios Orlando or Islands of Adventure (maybe in front of Hogwarts Castle *wink wink*) is an option, I would love to be there!
The ceremony officiating process:
CONSULTATION: LET'S CHAT TO SEE IF I AM THE RIGHT FIT FOR YOUR WEDDING! Consultations are always free and can be done in-person, over the phone, Skype, or Zoom. (If you choose a video meeting you are almost guaranteed to meet my kitties, and I expect to meet your fur babies as well!)
CEREMONY SCRIPT PROCESS: HERE COMES THE FUN PART! We will work together to create the perfect personalized, custom script for your ceremony. I always tell my couples that they may not know what they are looking for now in a ceremony script, but once the script is written they will have an idea of their likes and dislikes. My past ceremonies average 20 minutes but you choose the script length and you have final approval of the ceremony script.
UNLIMITED SCRIPT EDITS AND ADDITIONS: WITH UNLIMITED SCRIPT EDITS AND UNITY CEREMONY ADDITIONS THE POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS! Want to mix guacamole or build a sweet lightsaber as your unity ceremony addition? Let's do it! Once we go over ceremony details I will draft a script for you to review and you let me know what you think. What you like, don't like, what you may want to add. You can even have friends or family come forward for a reading if you'd like. The end result will be the perfect ceremony you never knew you wanted!
WEDDING DAY: OMG, THE BIG DAY IS FINALLY HERE! I will arrive early to the ceremony venue to meet with you, your coordinator, DJ, videographer and photographer, beer donkey, cocktail hour magician, etc. to answer any questions, give high fives, or do a mic check, if needed.
FILING THE MARRIAGE LICENSE: IT'S OFFICIALLY OFFICIAL! The license is signed and notarized after the ceremony, and there are two spots on the marriage license for up to two witnesses to sign if you'd like (not legally required but always a nice memory). I will take your marriage license with me, then file the license with the County Clerks office and you will receive your official paperwork from the state up to 10 days later. From setting out small items like the guest book and card box, to managing vendor setup and timeline, then packing up decor at the end of your event, and all the major and minor details in between. Let me be your stress Sham-wow!

"Catherine is nothing short of SPECTACULAR!!! We hired Catherine as both our officiant and our month-of-coordinator. Believe me when I say, we could not have made a better choice!When my husband and I were thinking about our wedding we knew that we wanted the ceremony and reception to "feel like us", but we didn't really know if there was any officiant that would be able to do that or even if we knew what that meant. DEFINITION OF SERVICES PROVIDED
Pre-ceremony/reception setup: LET'S GET TOGETHER! We will meet about one month before the wedding day to discuss all the details of your wedding. Including all the decor, what needs to be set up and where. We will discuss these details so all vendors and areas are set up properly (food buffet, tables, chairs, tablecloths, centerpieces, florals, etc)
Vendor management: TEAM WORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK! In the weeks leading up to the wedding I become the main point of contact for all of your vendors. This way if they have any questions about final details I can either answer them for you based on our previous meeting and discussions, or I will contact you on their behalf. I will go over the contracts and work orders to review details of what service and/or product each vendor is providing to ensure everything is accounted for the day of the event.
Wedding Day Management aka Day of / Month of Coordination: I DO EVERYTHING! (except washing your car) Overseeing all of the aspects of the wedding as we previously discussed in our meeting and emails; making sure vendors are set up in the correct spot and everything is working properly, frequently checking that the events on the timeline are followed, assuring all decor is set up in the proper areas (unity ceremony items, guest book, favors, etc), packing up all cards and gifts (the good stuff!), food and drink, etc at the end of event. I do anything and everything that needs to be done to keep your day as easy and stress free as possible.
Coordination packages start at $600.00 - please contact me for a proper custom quote dependent on the level of service your wedding day requires.
